Antes de tu llegada, te compartimos las

normas de la casa

Capacidad máxima: 12 huéspedes.

Ingreso de menores: En caso de ingresar con menores de edad, será necesario presentar un documento que acredite parentesco, custodia o autorización legal.

Llaves: En caso de pérdida, se aplicará un cargo de $150,000 COP. Por favor, evita dejarlas insertadas por dentro de la puerta.

Ruido: Evita ruidos fuertes o molestos entre las 11:00 p.m. y las 9:00 a.m.

Fiestas y visitas: No se permiten fiestas, música fuerte ni eventos. Las visitas durante el día deben ser notificadas y autorizadas previamente por el anfitrión o encargado. Durante la noche, cualquier persona adicional tendrá un costo de $150,000 COP.

Fumar y consumo de sustancias: No está permitido fumar, consumir alcohol ni sustancias psicoactivas dentro de la casa. Está permitido fumar en el exterior, usando los recipientes de basura para las colillas. El incumplimiento puede generar sanciones o cobros adicionales.

Orden y limpieza: Te pedimos dejar la casa en condiciones adecuadas. Si se entrega en mal estado, se aplicará un cargo de $200,000 COP por limpieza extraordinaria.

Seguridad: No nos hacemos responsables por robos o pérdidas personales.

Daños en la propiedad: Cualquier daño ocasionado durante la estadía será cobrado conforme al valor real del bien afectado.

Prohibido el ingreso de trabajadoras(es) sexuales: Esto puede acarrear sanciones gubernamentales.

Derecho de admisión: Nos reservamos el derecho de admisión y permanencia para garantizar el bienestar de todos los huéspedes.
